The TRI STAR Team is the premier real estate team in Washington State and the Pacific Northwest Region—and ranked #1 throughout Seattle! This “super group” has successfully navigated a multitude of Seattle market conditions while consistently delivering top-notch results for clients—from the 2008 housing crisis to the recent COVID-19 pandemic. The team was recently awarded RE/MAX’s Pinnacle Award, and even its support staff have a minimum of 10 years’ industry experience!

History:

Formally founded in 2015 by three of Seattle’s top-producing agents—Ann Nordling, Chuck Cady, and Deborah Arends—the TRI STAR Team’s agents had previously been friendly competitors with decades of prior results. Through this intuitive merger, their immense resources and insights grew exponentially, enabling even more powerful results for sellers and buyers alike.

Chuck Cady began his real estate career in 1983, joined by Ann Nordling in 1985. In 1987, Chuck and Ann moved from Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate to RE/MAX, making Chuck the first-ever Seattle RE/MAX Agent. Ann joined Chuck as a Buyer’s Agent, making Chuck Cady & Associates one of the first real estate teams in Seattle!

Deborah Arends began her real estate career in 1988, joining RE/MAX ten years later. She formed Deborah Arends and Associates, flourishing as one of the top teams in the region and the resident Ballard expert. Chuck and Deborah’s teams each excelled beyond all industry standards, operating through friendly competition at the top. The two even married in 2004, but continued to run their teams separately for several years!

In 2020, Ann Nordling purchased TRI STAR Team from Chuck and Deborah, becoming the sole owner of one of the most historically successful teams in the state. Under Ann’s leadership, the team continues to achieve phenomenal results for clients by offering honest guidance, exceptional marketing, and superior negotiation at all stages of each transaction.
