I wanted to post a reminder that there is a City of Shoreline Planning Commission Meeting/Public Hearing tonight from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM and on the agenda is a public hearing of the Point Wells Subarea Plan Amendment.
The major changes the city is proposing is to reclassify Richmond Beach Drive from 199th to the county border from “Collector Arterial” designation to “Neighborhood Local” access. Â “Neighborhood local” access allows for 4250 less car trips daily than “Collector Arterial, and will have an impact on the Point Wells project.
