North Seattle

Our RE/MAX Office is located in the North Seattle area, more specifically, in the Northgate neighborhood. This area has seen a lot of change in the last few years due to the opening of the light rail station and the redevelopment of Northgate Mall. The Northgate Mall Redevelopment is a multi-year project with plans to reimagine the space as a bustling urban mixed-use environment with retail, office, hotel, residential and recreational uses. Seattle Kraken’s NHL practice facility has already opened in this area offering three NHL-sized ice rinks, a bar & grill, youth and adult skate programs, and opportunities to watch the Kraken practice!

Haller Lake, located northeast of Northgate between I-5 and Highway 99, is a residential neighborhood centered around a small and serene lake. Many homes are located on the lake and have direct access but there is also a small community access area perfect for picnics or bird watching! This neighborhood is also home to the prestigious Lakeside School, alma mater of Microsoft founders Bill Gates and Paul Allen.
