South Seattle is a culturally diverse region comprised of several neighborhoods including Beacon Hill, Columbia City, Georgetown, and Rainier Valley. The area boasts a lively arts scene: enjoy live entertainment at Royal Room in Columbia City, participate in one of the many art walks in Georgetown, or attend one of the many events held in the area celebrating the area’s diverse heritage.

South Seattle offers an abundance of public transportation options, including light rail, buses, and easy access to major highways, connecting residents to other parts of Seattle and the surrounding areas.
