West Seattle
West Seattle is famous for having a small-town feel, just minutes from the big city! The area offers fine schools, great shopping, green parks and is home to Seattle’s most popular beach: Alki Beach Park. The long beach boardwalk is perfect for a walk any time of year and offers panoramic views of Downtown Seattle. Flanking the beachfront are sidewalk cafes, seafood shacks and the legendary Salty’s. Connecting West Seattle to the rest of the city is the West Seattle Bridge – newly repaired in 2022. Commuters can also easily get to Downtown Seattle via the West Seattle Water Taxi.
